Consolidate the knowledge base and develop the skill set necessary to:  &#x20;

* detect and characterize basic neurologic dysfunction; &#x20;
* recognize indications for neurodiagnostic investigation;  &#x20;
* implement appropriate routine or initial urgent neurologic management and generate appropriate neurologic consultations.
