A Neurology Clerkship clinical schedule includes floor or consults service at your prospective site, 1-3 afternoon outpatient sessions including multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, neuroradiology, epilepsy, stroke, neuromuscular, headache, general neurology and resident’s clinic. There is one neurological emergencies simulation and several additional blocks of protected didactic time.
Students are assigned 1 weekday night call from 5pm-9pm.
There will be a full day of classroom learning, including an orientation by the clerkship director and scheduled didactic sessions, from 9:00am-4:00pm.

The clerkship experience will primarily consist of inpatient teamwork and there will be additional opportunities for outpatient clinical exposure as well.
