# I. Scrub Use

&#x20;<mark style="background-color:green;">**I.   SCRUB USE**</mark>

Mount Sinai will provide scrub garments to students working only in STERILE areas of the facility for the following areas:

**Scrub garments are to be considered hospital property.** Only students working in these areas are authorized to wear hospital-issued garments.  ScrubEx™ cameras are monitored routinely. Scrubs only are to be placed into the return receptacle. Students who are not authorized to wear these garments and who are seen in them could be subject to disciplinary action as directed by their department head.
