All Rooms on Annenberg 12th and 13th floors are available for booking*, but Icahn School of Medicine programming takes precedence over all other space needs for classroom and meeting rooms. All room reservations are subject to change or cancellation if an academic need arises within Medical Education.

*The 13th-floor labs will be unavailable to departments outside the Graduate School, Medical Education, and their respective programs until further notice. If a Lab Room is required, please request 12th Floor Labs ONLY.
