Spring 2026 Special Note
The Department of Medical Education will undergo renovations on the 12th and 13th floors of Annenberg from December 2025 through July 2026. As a result, the Annenberg 12th & 13th Floor Room Reservation Form will be unavailable.
The reservation system will reopen for space requests in late spring 2026, once construction is nearing completion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
